I understand that a 25% Booking Retainer Fee is required to ensure my slot and that this deposit (or fee) is not refundable even if the appointment must be cancelled for any reason *

All services booked require a card to be kept on file and a 25% “Retainer Fee” to guarantee your appointment slot. Retainer fees collected at the time of booking are non-refundable under and circumstances. Card kept on file will only be used in the case of cancellation or no show made under 48 hours and for no other purpose, unless requested by a guest. If a cancellation of any sort must be made, a 48 hour notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. If 48 hours notice is given then the Retainer Fee will still be valid for your next appointment scheduled. Any rescheduling under 48 hour will require a new retainer fee to be taken before rescheduling and a 50% charge of your service booked to the card on file. A personalized invoice I’ll be sent over immediately and must be paid within 24 hours from the original booking date to avoid cancellation of your appointment. The remaining balance of your service will be due upon the date and time of actual appointment.
